Delete your FitHQ account

Your FitHQ account is the phone number and PIN you use to sign in to the FitHQ app and to your gym’s member page. You can delete it yourself at any time.

In the FitHQ app

Open the app and go to Me. At the bottom, tap Delete account and enter your PIN. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every phone.

On the web

Open your gym’s member page (the link your gym gave you, for example fithq.ng/m/your-gym), sign in, go to Me, then Delete account.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@fithq.ng with your phone number and the name of your gym, and ask us to delete your FitHQ account. We confirm it is you, then delete it within 7 days and reply to let you know.

What is deleted

Your FitHQ sign-in: the account for your phone number, your PIN, Face ID or fingerprint sign-in on your phones, and the phones registered for notifications.

What your gym keeps

Each gym keeps its own records of your membership, invoices, payments and visits, because they are the gym’s business records (see our Privacy Policy). Deleting your FitHQ account does not cancel a membership or refund a payment. To have a gym remove its records about you, ask the gym; we help gyms do this.

You can join again at any time with the same phone number.
